MENTFITTZ CIC — Mentoring & Well-Being Workshops for organisations

Our Mentoring & Well-Being Workshops combine mindfulness, non-contact boxing, creativity, and emotional expression to help young people and adults build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience. Every session blends the unique tools developed by MENTFITTZ CIC, including our mindfulness video games, therapeutic worksheets, and our Just Keep Punching pad-work system designed to release stress in a safe and controlled way.

These workshops are ideal for schools, youth centres, workplaces, community groups, and social prescribing programmes.


What’s Included

  • Mindfulness Warm-Up: Simple grounding exercises to bring attention, calm, and awareness into the body and emotions.

  • MENTFITTZ Games & App Activities: Engaging, accessible digital activities designed for reflection, emotional literacy, kindness, anti-bullying themes, and wellbeing.

  • Creative Self-Expression: Worksheets and exercises using colour, shape, or short journal prompts to express how you feel without pressure.

  • Fitness Boxing (Non-Contact):

    • Just Keep Punching pad-work rounds to release stress safely.

    • Focus on breathing, rhythm, and coordination.

    • Suitable for all ages and abilities.

  • Guided Mentoring: One-to-one or small group reflections on confidence, life goals, behaviour, resilience, mindset, and emotional triggers.

  • Positive Behaviour & Life Skills: Self-esteem building, mental fitness techniques, and tools for calming down or grounding during stressful moments.


Typical 1-Hour Session

A focused, high-impact session built around calm, movement, and reflection.

Structure:

  1. 5 mins – Grounding & Breathwork

  2. 10 mins – MENTFITTZ Mindfulness Game / App Activity

  3. 10 mins – Emotional Expression Worksheet (colours, art, shapes, quick prompts)

  4. 20 mins – Non-Contact Boxing Pad-Work (Just Keep Punching)

    • Stress release

    • Coordination & focus

    • Confidence building

  5. 10 mins – Mentoring & Reflection Circle

    • What did you feel?

    • What did you learn about yourself today?

Perfect for enrichment days, after-school clubs, intervention slots, or staff well-being sessions.


Half-Day Workshop (3 Hours)

A deeper well-being experience allowing participants to explore emotions, movement, creativity, and strategies for resilience.

Structure:

  1. Welcome & Mindfulness Reset

    • Breathwork, grounding, focus activation

  2. MENTFITTZ Well-Being Games & Discussion

    • Themes of kindness, racism awareness, bullying awareness, emotional intelligence

    • Group reflection 

  3. Mindfulness Worksheets & Creative Expression Lab

    • Creating a personal “emotional map”

    • Colour and shape-based communication

    • Optional digital expression using your app

  4. Movement & Boxing for Well-Being

    • Warm-up and rhythm work

    • Pad-work rounds (all abilities)

    • Emphasis on stress release, confidence, and mind-body connection

  5. Mentoring Mini-Sessions

    • Strengths and resilience

    • Goal-setting

    • Thinking patterns, behaviour awareness, and mindset

  6. Closing Reflection & Takeaway Tools

    • Individuals share insights (if they want)

    • Take-home worksheet

    • Daily mental-fitness habit suggestions
