Social Prescribers CPD course
MENTFITTZ CPD Training for Social Prescribers & Community Professionals
Regulation, Mindfulness & Community Wellbeing (CPD Accredited)
At MENTFITTZ, we believe that social prescribers, youth workers, community support staff and frontline professionals are the heart of our communities. They are often the first people individuals turn to when facing stress, anxiety, loneliness or difficult life circumstances.
Our CPD-accredited Regulation & Mindfulness Training has been designed to equip professionals with practical, evidence-informed techniques that can be used immediately during appointments, home visits or community sessions.
Rather than simply signposting someone elsewhere, this course gives delegates the confidence to provide simple, safe well-being interventions in the moment while continuing to guide individuals towards appropriate support services.
